Leadership Coaching

Therefore, it is a conscious choice: How you chose to be with your self and others. How aware and responsible you are with the choices you make and the impact you create within your system. How consciously and effectively you use your inner and outer resources for collective goodness.

Transition Coaching
Every transition, at work or in private life, is a creative process, which involves three distinct phases:
1. Ending (letting go)
2. Neutral zone (in-betweenness)
3. New beginning (launching into a new situation).
These phases are not only physical but also psychological and come with their unique challenges and emotions. Skipping one or staying too long in another one affects the outcome and impact of this creation.
We coach executives to navigate with grace through their career transitions successfully and authentically taking into consideration the requirements and psychological factors of all the stages of a creative cycle.
